Introduction
The Philips 21PT350A is a 55-inch color television from 1993. It features a dark FSQ picture tube protected by a flat round glass plate. This glass plate contributes to the already luxurious appearance of the TV but does cause a significant amount of reflection from the surroundings.
The TV has great sound for its size, provided by a 20W motorized speaker consisting of a 15-cm woofer and two 5-cm tweeters. This speaker slides out from the top of the TV at the press of a button on the remote control.
The TV has a SCART connection and connections for camcorders and audio. The TV had a gross recommended retail price of 1795 guilders. This was exclusive of the stand, which had to provide space for placing a VCR or a CD-i player and cost an additional 125 guilders.
The TV is relatively rare. The additional stand is very rare.”
